Noz-Chek® Cleaning Process Steps

Noz-Chek® Valves used for Oxygen must undergo our cleanrooms to eliminate potential fluid contamination.

Noz-Chek® Cleaning room provides a mechanical agitation system to help cleaning difficult areas. Six steps of the cleaning process to secure our valves are free of lubricating agents.

1. Immersing all the components of the valve in the degreaser formula for 15 minutes at 140 ⁰F

2. Rinsing all the components with distilled water in a second tank

3. Inspecting components using black like to make sure the valves are free of any grease

4. Assembling and testing the valve

5. Re-cleaning the assembled valve, rinse and inspect

6. Packing
